Rhythmic Gymnastics (G.R.S.)

There is a team at our school. It’s situated in Sézanne.

We meet on Wednesday afternoons (from 1 pm. to 2h30 pm.).

Rhytmic gymnastics consists in a combination of elements of ballet, gymnastics and dance using a rope, hoop, ball, clubs and ribbons. It’s a sport for individuals or teams of competitors (from 2 to 6 people). This year, the competitions are made in teams and we must just use balls and hoops. There are 3 levels　: creation (beginners), level 4 (amateur groups), expert (level 3 and more – a dificult level).
